I agree with you and JC: a blobby/glommy model captures something the linear model doesn&#039;t. Your words capture it best: we don&#039;t move from one role to the next as much as we engage in different levels of each role in the sum of our online being.

Now I need to go read Preece &amp; Shneiderman!</description>
