Feels like ages ago. Wonder whether american burritos differ from spanish ones.. well, will have to wait until occasion lets me have a try. No burrito ever crossed my way in Germany--french baguettes, greek pitas, turkish doeners and lately all kind of portugese sandwichthingies are dominating the scene over here. For me, the best burritos are distinguished by the flavoring of the meat and/or cheese/beans. Salsa and guac add a lot too, of course, but the central flavor should stand out.
