Also that we need to be critical about whether we talk about the concept in terms of its technical or sociocultural characteristics.

I think Web 2.0 really &lt;i&gt;is&lt;/i&gt; an open source-like concept. In a way we can think of the shift from products to services as providing a massive infrastructure for the collaborative production and dissemination of knowledge.

But saying Web 2.0 is like open source is like defining one mystery with another, I guess.</description>
