		<description>Ha! I always like a bolt from the blue. I&#039;ve had very good luck using the upside-down slow roasting method. You basically just slow roast the thing at 250 or so, but the trick is that you put it in the rack breast-side down for most of the cooking. e.g.:

Anyway, it&#039;s great stuff. I&#039;ll keep an eye out for the official pub., as I&#039;m sure I&#039;ll want to cite it in the future.</description>

		<description>Sorry you didn&#039;t like the title, but I&#039;m happy you otherwise enjoyed it.  Law journals produce great work often -- they push against professors&#039; weakness for  jargon.  This piece ought to be out in print within a few weeks in the Emory Law Journal.</description>
