Topic: The Elephant in the Room of the The Long Tail
"Over breakfast, Chris Anderson will discuss the totally broken rights
situation with archival content. He believes It's the biggest barrier
out there to achieving the potential of the Long Tail, and he sees no
easy solution in sight.  Chris will explain the introduce his Long
Tail theory, and he hopes to gain some legal insight from Boalt
students."
